Ernest Bridges has over 10 years of experience in medical records and health information management. This experience was gained from positions held at a correctional facility, drug treatment center, and a prominent orthopedics clinic. During his career in the medical field, Ernest worked his way up to holding multiple leadership roles.

Ernest has a passion for helping patients and believes that a caring person behind the scenes is needed to ensure people get the help and care they need. He continues his efforts of providing the best service for patients who have now become our clients. Ernest enjoys spending time with his family, doing things that include traveling, trying new restaurants, and more.

Erika Perez serves as Intake Specialist at The Embry Law Firm, helping prospective clients take their first steps toward legal assistance. She supports the intake process by gathering information, coordinating inquiries, and connecting individuals with the appropriate staff. Her role emphasizes clear communication, confidentiality, and respectful service. By helping organize initial case details and supporting a welcoming experience, Erika contributes to the firm’s commitment to attentive client care from the first point of contact onward.

Marvely Gutierrez serve as a Legal Assistant at The Embry Law Firm, where she supports the firm’s personal injury practice through demand preparation, medical records review, and case management. Detail-oriented and committed to producing thorough work, Marvely enjoys the investigative and analytical aspects of a personal injury cases and takes pride in helping the legal team advocate for clients during difficult moments in their lives.



Originally from Nicaragua, Marvely is fluent in both English and Spanish. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, spending time with her family and friends, and most importantly, spending time with her cats, who are a big part of her life.

Lashawn Reese is a Claims Specialist with experience in personal injury claims, client communication, and case coordination. She assists clients throughout the claims process, communicates with insurance carriers, and helps ensure each claim progresses efficiently. Lashawn brings a detail-oriented and organized approach to her role, providing attentive support from initial claim handling through resolution.



Lashawn earned her bachelor’s degree from Grand Canyon University, graduating cum laude, and received her Master’s degree in Legal Studies from Humphreys University. Her educational background, combined with her professional experience, provides her with a strong foundation in legal processes, claims management, and client advocacy. She is committed to providing professional, efficient, and compassionate support while helping clients navigate the complexities of the claims process.

Megan Lilley is a Medical Coordinator with a legal background and a genuine passion for helping people through difficult seasons of their lives. She graduated from law school in 2019 and has worked in the legal profession ever since.

In her role, Megan assists clients with arranging medical treatment following an incident and supports them throughout their recovery journey. She believes that navigating treatment should never feel overwhelming or impersonal, so she makes it a priority to walk alongside her clients, keep things moving, and make sure they feel supported every step of the way.

Outside of her professional role, Megan has a heart for community and believes in being the change she wants to see in the world around her. She is also known to maintain one very reasonable weakness: chocolate milk. Consider it her unofficial fuel for getting through a busy day.
